Learn a specialised craft
At Olsen Metal, you will become part of a small team and get the opportunity to learn a highly specialised area of metalworking.
You will receive hands-on training in metal spinning, machine programming and operating our production equipment. Previous experience with metal spinning is not required. What matters most is that you are technically minded, curious and motivated to learn.
Metal spinning combines technical knowledge with practical problem-solving. Finding the right solution can sometimes mean making adjustments, trying different approaches and using your experience and creativity to get the best possible result.
What you will be doing
- Programming and operating metal spinning machinery
- Working with different metals, shapes and components
- Setting up and adjusting machines
- Monitoring production and ensuring consistent quality
- Troubleshooting and finding practical solutions when things do not go as planned
- Developing your skills within a specialised area of metal manufacturing
What we are looking for
You have a background in the metal industry – for example as a welder, industrial technician, metalworker or similar – and a basic understanding of metals, machinery and production.
